General Information

Public Access

Public access is information, including FAQ and Support pages, available to the public at large.  Public users can register for secured and developer zone access through the Location HubTM portal by clicking on the homepage registration link or by clicking here.

Security Protected Access

Security protected access is information that can be viewed only by a Location HubTM portal registered user.  This includes access to the Location HubTM Applications. When registering for the secured access information, users must agree to an End User License Agreement.

Initial Security Protected Access Set-up

An initial set-up process for accessing the secured portion of the Location HubTM portal is required.  The installation of security certificates, stored on the DMTI web server, which provide encryption of any transmitted information, will be required.

When the web browser prompts the user to continue to secured website, the user should click View Certificate button and then, choose the Install Certificate button.

Click the Yes button when the Security Warning window prompts “Do you want to install this certificate?”  The user should repeat these steps for all of the security certificates necessary for protected access to the Location HubTM portal.  After the initial installation of these certificates, the Location HubTM portal will not require additional installations when logging-in again.

Developer Zone Access

Developer Zone access is intended for Location HubTM developers.  This portion of the Location HubTM portal provides users with a location in which to exchange ideas, discuss Location HubTM development methods and to test Location HubTM applications.  Developer Zone can be accessed by clicking on the Registration tab above or by clicking here.   Once the user has been authorized by DMTI, the user can log-in to developer zone.

Browser Settings for using Applications
